The exceptional food, among the best we've had at comparable ryokans. Teppanyaki dinner on the second night was impressive. The lounge is a perfect spot to unwind with friends after dinner.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Loved the beautiful hot spring baths and the traditional Japanese room was a unique experience. The food was delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine was offered. The hotel was situated in a picturesque and serene setting, perfect for relaxation and detoxification.
The staff did not speak much English which made communication challenging. , the room was a bit outdated and in need of a renovation.
